My responsibilities include creating ADA-compliant materials such as manuals, brochures, training documents, and policy guides using tools like Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office. I collaborate with subject matter experts and web teams to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and accessibility across all platforms. I lead multiple projects from concept through delivery, applying project management skills to meet tight deadlines while upholding the agency’s standards of excellence and public service. This role combines creative design, technical writing, and strategic communication to help advance the agency’s mission of fiscal transparency and service to Texans.
